Starting from the right, L P Barron, a shoe shop,was taken over by, then demolished with the Central Garage
Ealey's Stores was a name used briefly in the mid-1960s for a grocerery which was, both before and afterwards, called Ideal Stores. In the 1970s it became Jacques then Guide Styles at Jacques, both ladies' hairdressers
Hudsons Furnishers and Undertakers occupied two shops - the nearer is now Gore Brothers funeral directors, the far one has been florist Iris Bedwell and Village Florist.
