D T Evans pharmacy dates from well before the war, and lasted until the 1970's. It then became Ferris Chemist, and later Video Scene

The shop to the left was Greensted, a butcher. It stayed a butcher for many years, as A O Jones, then Ron Oliver, and finally . It then became Mark Matthews, a photographer, then in 2008 C G Waters, a carpet shop.
